lazy ...
well I did not go out at all:(
After being buffeted by the wind at minibeanz's xc I did not feel like running in it, and Derby were playing at home, so no room in the car park at the gym sooo with these pathetic excuses I did not run.....
not pathetic beanz... sometimes life gets in the way. Plus, I always say, there's no point in putting only half your heart into it because chances are if you don't really want to run - you'll end up either going too fast (so you can finish) or you'll do something and end up injured.

put it down to post-christmas blip and start again today (Sunday)
